Bornemann under new management since January 1, 2009 (01.01.2009)
On January 1, 2009 Mr. Lutz Weisbecker officially handed over leadership of Joh. Heinr. Bornemann GmbH to Mr. Gero von der Wense.
Actually, Gero von der Wense had already been an active member of the Management Board during the previous months and had acted as deputy Managing Director since January 1, 2008. After almost two years of planning, Lutz Weisbecker, age 62, placed the company in the capable hands of Gero von der Wense, who has already headed up sales in the Multi-Phase Technology Division for more than 5 years. Under the leadership of Mr. von der Wense, the company was able to considerably increase sales over the past decades, primarily in the international project business. This enabled the company to continue to secure its excellent position on the market.
